The human race is as curious as a new born baby. Humans always wish to go deeper and explore the splendors of the fascinating Universe. With the development of the technology, it has been possible for humans to send machines, called spacecraft, in space. But, to explore the heavenly space in detail, the human himself has to go there. The person who travels to space is called an astronaut. Being an astronaut is a unique kind of profession. Astronauts go to space, moon and planets, well, at least theoretically. They gather data from there and transmit it to the scientists. Scientists, on the earth, study the data and deduce scientific information of space. It gets much easier for scientists to study the universe by sending astronauts to space. Being an astronaut is one of its kind adventurous career.
