Bread of an Inferior Quality – Letter

Letter-writing

During the last two weeks your baker has been supplying bread of a quality inferior to what you were getting previously. Write a letter calling his attention to this.

Dear Sir,
I sincerely appreciate your efforts to provide me with bread. I have been a loyal and regular customer since the time your shop was inaugurated. I have been satisfied with the bread baked by you.
But, I am sorry to note that the quality of your bread has become inferior to that of what I was getting previously. The breed seems to have been lacking yeast. I would be quite satisfied if you could retain the earlier quality of the bread.

Yours faithfully,
Mr. XYZ

Draft out the baker’s apology.

Dear Sir,
I have always regarded you as a valued and loyal client. So, I am sorry from the bottom of my heart for the low-quality bread I’ve been providing for the past two weeks. When I investigated closely, I realized that the component ratio was wrong and made the appropriate modifications accordingly. From now on, I hope for your satisfaction with the bread I have baked and for a good response.
Please accept my kind apologies for the disappointment.

Yours faithfully,
Mr. XYZ
